调香用法 |
As with all pyrazines this is used in traces, Tetramethyl Pyrazine at 0.1% in Ethanol has a distinctively chocolate odour with elements of roasted nuts and a distinctive tea element. Very useful as part of an authentic chocolate and black tea accords, but must be used with a very light touch. Primarily used in flavors for imitation coffee, cocoa, chocolate, and nuts. Used in perfumery when edible types are required. |
